🦃 Gobble Gobble! The 4th Annual Turkey Cup was a feast of fun and competition! 🦃
This year’s Turkey Cup was a real stuffing-stuffed showdown! The Racket Roasters, led by Captain Taehyung Cho, carved their way to victory, taking home the golden drumstick. Meanwhile, the Ace Holes, captained by Stuart Wong, mashed up some fierce competition.
Both days of the tournament ended in a 4-4 tie for the first round matches, but the real gravy came with the Around the World team play! The Racket Roasters gobbled up the win, but the Ace Holes managed to edge out 3 of the 4 Around the World matchups, with Jignesh showing everyone how to baste the competition by sweeping ATW on the final night!
Adding some extra spice to the event, professional heckler Dinh “I’m from Joisey” Vail brought her whistle and a whole lot of Jersey attitude, making sure the players felt the heat. Those who could tune out the noise best, like the Racket Roasters, fared better. EJ Chang rose to the occasion, earning the pro heckler award on the final evening. Thanks to Jignesh for providing the Best Heckler prizes.
