November 1-8 Habitec Rehab Activity:
- Contracts released and kick off meetings between Habitec and all consultants. (accounting contractual work)
- Filing systems identified for the project team and proper file share set up. Team identification. Begin design development drawings set up.
- Project management project kick off, creating a schedule for Habitec and all consultants, identification of all individuals involved, scheduling and hosting meetings for the entire team to get the project started.
Next steps will include:
- Design development drawings to fully go underway
- Architectural team design meetings to work through design details and areas that need further development
- Working through design direction options with engineering team as well as contractor to identify options that also incorporate best cost effective direction.
- Review and Finalization of RDL Contract

Habitec’s reaches out to Fairbrae to either update on design direction, or identify options, and discuss any progress or important decisions that need client approval/direction/or to keep board informed
