We are the Manta Rays!
The Fairbrae Manta Ray Swim Team provides an opportunity for swimmers age 5 through 18 to develop their swimming skills, sportsmanship and fellowship. With the Manta Rays you will find a supportive team environment, low-key competition and positive attitudes.
The swim season runs from late April (when group practice starts) through late July. A practice meet kicks off league competition in early June followed by four or five meets during the season. The season culminates with a championship meet and an end of season awards banquet the same evening. Training is also provided for parents to teach time keeping, scoring, judging, and other asks associated with running a swim meet.
Manta Ray families also enjoy a number of social events throughout the season. Events include team dinners, a team overnight, and a team outing. “Fun Friday” socials are hosted by swim team families throughout the season and are a nice way to relax and and get to know each other while the kid’s workout.
